Exchanges
Our exchanges are easy and free to do. Simply email info@wolfpackapparel.ca include your order number and the correct sizing you need and we will email you back a code that you copy and paste at this EXCHANGE NOW link. After you input the code it will ask you to fill in all your shipping details, it will then generate a shipping label you can print, stick on your box and give to the postman. This way there is no charge to you and it gets logged back into our system as returned. We then courier the correct sizing to you right away. No need to wait for it to arrive back. Please note we have 14 day exchange policy on all items. Unworn and undamaged.
Refunds
We are happy to provide store credit for any item that is returned to us within 30 days provided that it is not used or damaged. Please e-mail info@wolfpackapparel.ca and include your order number and contact information and we will contact you with steps to return your product. Once returned your store credit will be available for 90 calendar days.
