Office Assistant
Salary: $17/hr to start $18.50 after 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Location: New Westminster
Basic Duties:

Completing work orders
-
Coding & filing paperwork
-
Data entry
-
Various local errands
-
Folding & tagging of clothing
-
Processing web orders
-
Providing customer service for social media & web orders
-
Answering phone/queries
-
Processing shipping labels
-
Assisting retail team with reports, tracking & information
-
Preparing logistics for special events
-
Maintaining organized work area
-
Assisting w bookkeeping
-
Assisting owner with Implementing social media marketing
Preferences:
Demonstrated ability to type 50 wpm
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workload and meet deadlines
Highly organized and motivated
Completion of a certificate/diploma in the area of business admin or related field
Experience working with QuickBooks
Flexible scheduled during peak seasons
Qualifications:
• Completion of Grade 12
• Related 1 year experience in an office environment or customer service
• Strong skills using Microsoft Publisher and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• BC Drivers License
